I adopted one that was a voluntary surrender and used as a “bait dog” in dog fighting. Previous owner went to jail for a year. That said, he was a nervous nilly when I first got him. Did basic obedience training with him. Now having had him for 7 years, I gotta say he’s the best dog I’ve ever had to date. Doesn’t mind my cats or smaller dachshund. Love your video.

There’s this one lady I see almost everyday near my daughters school, walking, her Doberman. Looks like a fabulous dog, I’ve see him around all types of dog, adults, children, bikes joggers. The dog is well trained always alert looking to the owner, I’ve never seen any aggression towards anything. He looks very stable in temperament. Lovely animal 💜

ADogs association (aka “Adopt Dogs”) is a great way to get a Jindo. They are rescued from South Korea and a flight volunteer brings them to the United States. Adoption costs ≈ $800 which is mostly flight and vaccine/neutering costs.

Well it depends what we are talking about. If we talk about 1 or max. 2 coyotes, the Doggo Argentino, Cane Corso etc. are fantastic. But the more we get into a pack, the less those breeds are likely to succeed. They can fight off pretty much anything 1:1, but are ill equipped to take punishment (which they will take when handling multiple opponents at once. And I would also think that their attack instincts prevent them from being safe against multiple enemies. When dealing with a pack, classical sheperds/lifestock guardians are the best Choice. And there I would put a dog next to the Kangal that you had pretty low on your list: The Tibet Mastiff (or Do Khyi). They are enourmous and with their mane they are intimidating too. but they are also extremely agile for their size, strong, and are bred to deal with packs of wolves in Tibet. Their skin and fur also protects them from bites and scratches to a certain degree. Of course, a full bite to the throat will be devastating too, but it's way harder to get that against a dog with that much fluff.

My father had dobermans, so I was around them as a youngster. Swell dogs. Just like with multiple other strong, popular working breeds, they started to get a bad reputation due to backyard breeding, irresponsible masters, and depictions of them in the media being aggressive. Ours were not aggressive, but they were vigilant. If strangers were cool with us, then they were cool with strangers.

Look carefully at the parents and grandparents health history before buying one. Alot of doberman bloodlines don't make it past 8.

I've got a small Patterdale mix and this is phenomenal information about these dogs and I've only got about half of a full Patterdale but loves to go at it with any small animal that it sees I've seen him Chase deer. That digging thing he loves to dig holes. Great piece of information though it's even having just half of one it's an amazing breed. RLTW 3/75

My beloved boxer lived to 15 years and shes the one that always pulled me out of depression. She would sit on my feet to make sure i didnt go anywhere, she wanted lots of petting and love. She adores us as we adored her. She was sweet and loyal and yes of course she would box with us. Leavings us with big scratches. I look at my scars now and i just smile. Remembering all the joy she brought my family and I. She just passed a month after my chihuahua who by the way was uncharacteristically unlike a chihuahua. She was sweet and wouldnt hurt a fly. Nothing like a those "demon" chihuahuas we see😂 She was so good and a gorgeous dog. I miss them both. God bless dogs. They really are mans best friend and they deserve all the love in the world!
